Paneer Butter Masala is  Famous,a rich and delicious North Indian recipe made with ambrosial spices, cream and butter. This popular recipe is a creamy blend of easily available ingredients and is undoubtedly a must have.  you can also easily make, This paneer recipe can be cooked in the restaurant style at the comfort of your home with some easily available ingredients. If you are bored with the usual and basics variants of paneer, then this one is a must try

INGREDIENTS                             

 - 450 gm paneer                                               -  2 bay leaf - 5 medium chopped tomato                              - 2 teaspoon ginger paste- 2 tablespoon powdered coriander seeds           - 2 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon red chilli     powder - 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh cream                          -  2 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon refined oil -4  tablespoon butter                                           -   salt as required -2 clove                                                             - 2 cinnamon - 2 red chilli                                                        - 1 sliced onion  -2  teaspoon garlic paste                                    -  1 teaspoon coriander powder  - 1/2 teaspoon kasoori methi powder

    How TO Make Recipe

    Step - 1

        Take a pan and add three tablespoons butter with one teaspoon oil in it. Heat it over normal flame.when pan is completely heat then Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, dried and broken red chilies and half of the crushed coriander seeds. mix it well, Saute these ingredients for half a minute.

    Now, add the sliced onions and stir fry 2 minutes they turn slightly   pinkish in hue.and 
    add ginger-garlic paste. Keep stirring and cook on   low flame til the raw smell goes away.
    Add 1 teaspoons coriander   powde red chilli powder and chopped tomatoes,mix it well and Cook the mixture on high flame till oil leaves the masala.

                   Step - 3 


    Once the masala is cooled, puree the mixture. Heat the remaining butter in a non-stick pan over normal flame. Cook perfectly the pureed mixture for two minutes. Add paneer pieces and salt as you need. would you like thick gevy so you  Add half a cup of water. Cook covered on low heat for five minutes.Spread kasoori methi and mix in lightly .Remove from heat transfer to dish and a serving bowl.Mix in cream and serve hot,and garnished with coriander leaves.
